• Pork Tacos Al Pastor with Pineapple Pico de Gallo
• Fajita Style Cumin Chicken Taco with Pepper Trio
• Pulled Chicken Taco with Mangos and Sriracha Sauce
• Sautéed Vegetable & Rice Taco with Avocado Crema
• Vegan Root Vegetable & Sweet Potato Tacos with Salsa Verde
• Seared Halibut Tacos with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
• Smoked Duck Corn Tortilla with BlackBerry Relish
• Walking Taco with Corn Chips and Pulled Pork or Carne Asada
• Nacho Station with Roasted Chili Queso and Choice of Meat
